Activation Strategy: Develop and execute brand and activation strategies aligned with the organization's goals and target audience. Identify key outreach platforms/channels for the organization and create plans to optimize presence of the club within the scene.
Content Creation and Management: Create engaging and high-quality content for our brand experience and activation (text, images, videos etc..). Collaborate with the design ,content and activation team to develop visually appealing and brand-aligned production sets (e.g. Event Prints, FOH Banners, Checking of Artwork, Sending out Brand Night’s Briefs). Manage the marketing calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely execution of campaigns. The key priority here is to brainstorm, conceptualising ideas for all residency nights that will help elevate the Zouk brand.
Ticketing Campaigns: Brainstorm, implement, and monitor social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, user engagement, and conversions. Set brand campaign objectives, define target audiences, and determine appropriate metrics to measure success. Ensuring the Offline to Online activation by bringing in top of funnel audiences converting to advocates, Zouk collectives and communities.
Community Engagement: Foster a positive and interactive community by actively engaging with users, responding to comments, and addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. Monitor ticketing media, brand partnerships for user-generated content, mentions, and feedback, and leverage them to enhance brand advocacy.
Influencer and Partnership Collaboration: Identify and engage with relevant influencers and brand advocates to collaborate on social media campaigns and promotions. Monitor influencer campaign performance and measure the impact on brand awareness and audience engagement.
Brand Monitoring and Reputation Management: Monitor online conversations and sentiment about the organization's brand, products, or services. Take proactive measures to manage and respond to customer feedback, reviews, and potential crises in a timely and professional manner.
• Diploma/Degree in business management, marketing, or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient copywriting skills
• Strong branding knowledge and an eye for detail
• Well-versed in current nightlife trends & events
• Proficient in Adobe Software is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal relationship and communication
• Able to work independently and take initiative
