About the Role
We are looking for an independent, creative, driven, and highly organised intern to manage and grow our real estate social media presence. This role is ideal for someone who loves content creation, strong in videography and editing and is comfortable being behind the camera, and enjoys both creative and administrative work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Creation
Ideate and plan engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
Film short-form videos (property tours, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, trends)
Edit videos with strong storytelling, captions, and transitions
Stay updated on social media trends and apply them to real estate content
Assist in content scheduling and basic analytics tracking
Requirements
Interest in real estate, social media, or content creation
Comfortable filming and being on-site for shoots
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
Familiar with use of AI to create videos
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
Familiarity with TikTok & Instagram Reels is a strong advantage
