YR Industries Pte Ltd – Administration & Procurement Assistant

YR Industries Pte Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yellow Ribbon Singapore that provides laundry and linen management services, food and business solutions, and transitional residential programme. 

Purpose of Job

• To support the existing Administration & Procurement staff in both administrative and procurement duties as delegated.
• Support the digitalization and automation effort together with the implementation of the new ERP system and RPA bot

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare training materials to support stakeholders in their digital training and automation clinic sessions when necessary.
• Migration of Data (Data Entry, Digital Filing and Archiving of IT Administration and Procurement documents).
• Support in IT troubleshooting and administration (such as the issuance of IT equipment, printing staff pass, corporate email and office line activation).
• Support in Procurement administration (such as to manage, organize and monitor the database of suppliers, contract’s expiry, etc).
• Provide support in day-to-day administrative related matters to the Administration & Procurement team.
• Any other ad-hoc duties delegated by the Administration & Procurement Manager

Requirements

• With Supply Chain Management educational background or work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Words.
• Basic Computing Skills
• Self-motivated
• Positive learning & working attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced and restricted work environment
• Able to multi-task.
