Responsibilities:

• Monitor and verify incoming funds and update daily cash flow (AR/AP)Perform data entry and assist in maintaining accurate financial records
• Follow up on overdue accounts for payment and update payment due dates
• Generate and update statements of account (SOA) for overdue accounts
• Assist with account reconciliations and invoice processingAssist in data entry
• Assist to Update balance sheet/profit and loss (BS/PL) spreadsheets after month-end closing when required

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of accounting principles is a must (e.g., financial statements, bookkeeping)
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of Excel tools
• Strong attention to detail and responsibility
• Upholds confidentiality and demonstrates a willingness to learn
• Those with experience will be highly advantegeous
