We are a growing outsourced accounting firm supporting SMEs with bookkeeping, payroll processing, financial reporting, and accounting system setup using modern accounting software tools (eg. QuickBooks/Xero, etc) . We offer opportunities for both interns and full-time hires to join our team, gain hands-on experience, work with real clients, gain practical experience and career development.

• Assist in bookkeeping and maintenance of accounting records for clients
• Support accounting system setup
• Support payroll processing and statutory submissions (if applicable)
• Assist in bank reconciliations and month-end closing activities
• Maintain accurate and organized financial documents
• Prepare basic financial reports and schedules
• Prepare and process invoices, payments
• Learn and apply accounting software tools
• Work closely with senior accountants, managers on client deliverables
