Job Description

For our internship program, you will be involved in different industries and different tasks as below:

Industries: Franchise, trading company, cleaning companies, investment holding companies, services rendering companies, non-profit organisation (ex: MCST) and etc.

Tasks:

  • Daily updates on receipts into accounting software (Eg: Xero, Quickbook, SQL, and our AI system)
  • Checking and filing of sales and purchase invoices
  • Preparation of payment and updating it into the accounting system
  • Prepare simple full set of accounts and monthly management report
  • Preparation of Bank Reconciliation
  • Assist in preparation of simple unaudited financial statement and tax computation
  • Any other duties/tasks assigned by supervisors

Contract length: 3 months and above

Salary: $1,000.00 - $1,300.00 per month
