Job Description
  • To support sales personnel by liaising with customers and coworkers
  • To co-ordinate with the relevant stakeholders to investigate and respond to customers’ feedback
  • To assist in the preparation of Sales Quotations for customers
  • To assist in monitoring inventory and customers’ payments and follow up with the relevant parties
  • To assist in sales data updating and consolidation
  • To write meeting minutes and prepare PowerPoint materials when needed
  • To handle all ISO document administration
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • No relevant experience is required as training will be provided
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, meticulous and able to work under minimal supervision

Other Information

  • Working hours: 8.30am to 6.09pm (Mon – Fri)
  • Company transport pickup at Clementi MRT (One-way)
