- Responsible for the deployment of service technicians to perform onsite tyre servicing for commercial vehicles
- Liaise between customers and service technicians on matters arising from job assignments
- On the ground monitoring and resolving issues that may affect Company’s level of customer service standard
- Perform administration duties such as data entry of service jobs and inventory replenishment
- Supervise and motivate a group of service technicians
Qualifications
- Possess experience supervising blue collar workers
- Those with experience in manpower deployment of drivers are highly preferred
- Must be familiar with Singapore roads
- Must be computer literate
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast pace environment
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (Need to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers)
