Yeap Transport Pte Ltd – Media and Training Executive

Yeap Transport Pte Ltd is a data-driven bus fleet management company providing one-stop transportation solutions to schools, corporates and organizations. We are constantly innovating to meet the evolving transportation needs while remaining steadfast in our commitment towards safety and reliability. 

We are searching for a dynamic and creative individual to join us in carrying out our rebranding initiatives, creating engaging content and facilitating our training programmes. As a fast-moving company driving smart and sustainable mobility, the position offers learning opportunities in these new industry developments and 360-degree marketing skills.

• Creating engaging content for website, marketing materials, and social media accounts including written and visual content (eg. photos, videos, infographics, etc)
• Copywriting for our internal and external newsletters, website as well as communication assets for various stakeholders
• Develop content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis
• Design simple marketing assets including posters, videos, gifs, banners, graphics, etc
• Event ideation, planning, and execution
• Manage and maintain website content
• Assist in administrative and logistic arrangements as well as classroom facilitation for our training courses
• Creating online learning resources, training videos and e-contents to be uploaded in our Learning Management System
• Managing our Learning Management System

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Media or Business Administration or other related disciplines with at least 1 year of working experience
• Must have excellent writing skills; an advantage if you are conversant in Chinese
• Working knowledge of social media trends, social media marketing and content creation
• High level of organisational skills with an ability to work well under pressure
• Able to work independently with integrity under minimal supervision and collaboratively within and across teams
• Tech-savvy and demonstrate willingness to learn new skills
• Resourceful with good research and analytical skills
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders across different levels
• Positive attitude to take on challenges / responsibilities and to actively seek solutions to challenges
