Yeap Transport Pte Ltd is a data-driven bus fleet management company providing one-stop transportation solutions to schools, corporates and organizations. 1. Provide support to the Human Resources Department handling day-to-day HR and admin functions
2. Assist in end-to-end recruitment and selection such as posting of job advertisements and arranging of interviews with respective hiring managers
3. Participate in career fairs and explore new recruitment initiatives to enhance Company’s branding
4. To assist HR department on any HR / Company related projects
5. Involve and assist on the planning and organizing company events, team building sessions and corporate retreats etc
6. Assist to liaise with training providers and handle all aspects of training administration
7. Assist in employees training arrangement and administrations
8. Support HR department on any other HR administrative duties

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must be able to commit at least 6 months
• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or any related discipline
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Candidate needs to be adaptable, meticulous and organized
• Effective team player and able to work independently under tight schedules
• Able to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Able to start work within short notice will be a great advantage
