Job Description

Objectives of the function

 

To support EI Service department in align/enhance all internal processes, attending to call center inquires, attending to/compiling service reports, filing, brochures, submit monthly progress reports to client and all other works assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Able to attend to weekly service reports, preparation of filing, service contracts, attending to call center inquires.
  • Updating of all filings, documentation, service reports, quality submission documentations/certifications and all other works required by Service department.
  • Be pro-active on attending to task assigned, aligning internal processes and documentation, updating common drive documentation templates, service reports, etc. and seeking ways to enhance daily work and internal processes.
  • Request quotation from suppliers or sub-con for Fix Repair works and parts purchases from local vendors and OEM.
  • Prepare PO for local vendors and OEM.
  • Handle Uscan system management and update customer information and contract details.
  • Handle LTA CFEMS and HDB TMS system management.
  • Preparing PTO renewal, Liaise with BCA for lift audit.
  • Prepare monthly service reports from technicians and engineers.
  • Support spare parts stock tracking and parts withdraw control with proper documents process.
  • Record meeting of minutes for service and operation meetings.
  • Attend to daily Call center calls from Monday to Friday (During normal working hours).

Education

Preferable Diploma/GCE ‘O” level
