Requirements:

• Outgoing and Friendly personality
• Independent
• F&B/Customer service experience is welcomed but not required
• Diploma in any field

Roles:

• Assist in Operations Activities
• Attend to Merchants enquiries
• Simple troubleshooting
• Feedback of issues faced
• Brainstorm and Strategize with team to improve Operations activities
• Lead part Timers when required
