Job Description
Requirements:
- Outgoing and Friendly personality
- Independent
- F&B/Customer service experience is welcomed but not required
- Diploma in any field
Roles:
- Assist in Operations Activities
- Attend to Merchants enquiries
- Simple troubleshooting
- Feedback of issues faced
- Brainstorm and Strategize with team to improve Operations activities
- Lead part Timers when required
