Responsible for monitoring QMS(Quality Management system), and tracking troubleshooting, contact end users to gather information for developer to fix the issues.
Regularly summarize the feedback analysis reports for requeirment research to improve the end user experience.
Constantly innovate working methods, standardize working process, and improve feedback work efficiency.
