What you’ll do 

• To generate Project Estimate, Purchase Order and setting up new vendors through using company software
• To assist with production costing and cost submission via client’s online portal
• To assist with suppliers’ payments
• Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
• Performing other relevant duties when needed
