Wunderman Thompson – Human Resources Intern

In this role, you are a team player who will assist the HR Team to ensure smooth delivery in all areas of HR operations. The main duties and responsibilities of the HR Intern is to provide support to HR Business Partner, Singapore.

What you’ll do

· Support the team on day-to-day HR activities in an effective and timely manner

· Assist on the full cycle of employee experience from onboarding to offboarding

· Maintain employees’ p-files, internal employee directory and internal system

· Support HR team on general administrative duties

· Assist the HR team with HR initiatives

· Support in other HR- related duties / projects when required

What you’ll need

· Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field

· Good knowledge of local employment laws of Singapore

· Ability to adapt and cope in a fast-paced environment

· Passionate about people, services and culture

· Good team player, positive attitude, motivated, eager to learn with a can-do attitude

· Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and maintains confidentiality
