Work with Operation Director closely on:

• Review current, future timelines, job statuses and reschedule jobs if necessary

Route materials (job briefs, creative, etc.) between departments

Serve as primary point of contact between team members, including creatives, project managers, client servicing, etc.:

• Track progress of all jobs and ensure adherence to preset schedules

• Monitor production billing and processing of all purchase orders and vendor invoices
• Document and maintain records of all work-in-progress and released materials
• Sourcing of vendors
