Thespruce Pte Ltd is an innovative Influencer Marketing Agency that has  recently released to the public the world’s first Influencer Marketing  Analytics and Recruiting platform. Our Saas software is the only in the  world able to :- Monitor and Analyze ANY influencer & celebrity in  the world;- Provide demographics (country, age, gender) for the  followers of any Influencer;- Provide quality check (fake/inactive  followers identification);- Offer a built-in search engine to find the  best influencers in the market;- Offer up to 12 months of historical  data.

• Conducting regular and consistent quality checks on client accounts
• Addressing client queries with regards to the platform and escalating to relevant parties where necessary
• Advising clients on maximizing the potential of their account
• Maintaining strong and long-lasting client relationships
• Collaborating with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the industry
• Conducting in-person or remote tutorial sessions with new clients with assistance

Job Requirements:

• Some experience in client management or service
• Experience in IT services and solutions is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple account management projects at a time
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
