Role Overview

This role is part of a structured 1 or 2 Year Program designed to develop trainees into future managers within the investment and finance industry.

Trainees will perform the core responsibilities of an investment associate while undergoing progressive training in investment execution, client management, and team leadership, with the objective of advancing into a Manager-level position upon successful completion of the program.

Key Responsibilities

Engage prospective investors to assess investment objectives, time horizons, and risk considerations

* Support business growth initiatives through structured and professional client engagement

* Contribute to portfolio construction discussions across asset classes including equities, funds, options, and diversified strategies

* Prepare and deliver investment-related materials such as portfolio summaries, strategy presentations, and market updates

* Track and analyze market developments and asset-class performance to support portfolio positioning

* Work closely with senior managers on investment discussions, solution execution, and business planning activities

* Progressively take on management-related responsibilities, including coordination of tasks, peer support, and involvement in team development initiatives* Onboarding of new client for individual and business growth

* Formal training in investments, portfolio construction, and client management

* One to one mentorship and performance coaching from senior VP

* Performance-based promotion into a manager role, with responsibilities in team leadership and business development execution.

Requirements

* Diploma or above in Finance, Business, Accountancy, or related disciplines, 3rd year students and fresh graduates welcome

* Strong interest in investments advisory

* Comfortable with professional client-facing discussions

* Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to operate in a performance-based environment

* Prior experience in investment-related, client-facing, or business development roles is an advantage
