Worq Health – Operations Associate (Intern)

Worq Health is an AI recruitment platform for nurses and healthcare workers that provides a more efficient, smarter & better hiring experience. Worq Health utilizes AI for matching the right nurses with open jobs, leveraging the latest NLP/LLM technology and proprietary skillsets taxonomy. Worq Health is founded by tech execs from Uber, Gojek & Alibaba, with experience building and launching marketplace products globally.

We are looking for a candidate to join the Operations team to transform the way healthcare professionals work. This is an opportunity to make a huge impact at a health-tech startup.

What you will do:

• Support supply operations in the onboarding, engagement, and assignment of healthcare professionals
• Respond to, organize, and/or assign tickets, emails, and texts from healthcare professionals and facility customers
• Understand user needs, requirements and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Scale the number of filled shifts for healthcare facilities on our platform
• Provide feedback to drive product improvements and ensure our users are provided with the best user experience on our platform

What we are looking for:

• Currently pursing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and analytical/problem-solving skills
• Meticulous and attention to details
• Comfort working within a fast-paced start-up environment
• Self-starter and highly resourceful
