Job Description
Responsible for maintaining records of invoices, payments and transactions, preparing accounts payable, invoices and purchase orders, petty cash and payroll,also process cheques and keep filing and invoice monitoring systems up to date. administrative support to accountants, undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling mail and basic bookkeeping. ... As well as helping the Director and Financial Consultant to deal with customers and external agencies.
