Responsibilities
- Fulfilment of job orders and assigned projects through filtering and matching of suitable applicants
- Reviewing of job applications, screening, and conducting first round of interview to assess applicant’s job suitability
- Perform high volume of outbound calls (cold and warm leads)
- Achieve monthly KPI set by the Management
- Any other tasks as assigned by Management
Requirements
- Self-motivated
- Keen to learn and independent
