Job Description
  • Monday to Friday Only; Office Hours
  • Somerset MRT


  • Attend to all visitors including tenants and their guests in a professional manner and provide quality service
  • Be familiar and well-versed with the floor plan, facilities and available services to assist with tenants/guest requests
  • Handle complains and suggestions with professionalism
  • Day to day maintain and update database management
  • Administrating all written or verbal feedback from the desk
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum NITEC/HIGHER NITEC / DIPLOMA
  • Prior working experience in Customer Service will be an advantage
  • Possess good work attitude and communication skills
