Job Description

Are you a student studying Integrated Events Management, eager to bring your passion for seamless experiences to life? Look no further! Join our innovative travel agency and embark on an extraordinary journey as a Tour Operations Intern.

In this role, you would be given an exposure of the whole breadth of event organization, from coordinating pre-tour logistics to being directly involved in the dynamics of physical and virtual tours, you'll have the chance to apply your integrated events management skills in a dynamic, real-world setting. Picture yourself liaising with clients, tour guides, and vendors, ensuring every detail is meticulously executed. Many of our tours are organized for corporate clients, who visit Singapore as part of MICE events, or are organized locally as part of meeting / retreats, the coordination of tours are also similar to event organization.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate pre-tour work, which include procuring of goods and services and liaising with clients, tour guides, transport vendors, venue and stakeholders
- Coordinate post-tour work which include collecting guests feedback and online reviews (e.g. TripAdvisor, Facebook, Google+)
- Involve in direct tour operations such as being facilitator, coordinator, game masters, tech and admin in both physical and virtual tours
- Be responsible for logistics inventory tracking
- Represent the company and interact with the clients in a professional and presentable manner
- Work with sales team with regards to operational matters for each tour
- Assist with procurement of supplies and tour development if required
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
