Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management & mice activities, resources, equipment and information;
• Execute assigned tasks and coordinate team members to keep workflow on track;
• Track project progress and ensure all project activities are completed on time;
• Assess potential issues and technical challenges and accordingly develop resolutions;
• Involve in direct tour operations such as being facilitator, host, tech and admin in both physical and virtual tours;
• Coordinate pre and post tour work, which include planning of tour logistics, risk management and collection of customer feedback;
• Develop relationship with prospective partners, while maintaining relationship with existing partner relationships;
• Represent the company and interact with the guests in a professional and presentable manner;
• Assist in product development;
• Analyse and keep up to date with current travel trends and input findings into product design;
• Examine risk and potentials for new business opportunities; and • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or PR. Based in Singapore.
• Those with a degree in tourism and hospitality is preferred
• Visually presentable and speaks in a pleasant manner 
• Excellent communication skills and computer literacy
• Working experience in tourism-related industry is a plus
• Willingness to work and continuously learn in a growing start-up/SME environment
• Event hosting experience is a plus
