We re-invent the travel experience and combine adventure with professional storytelling to create quality experiences for every traveler. The company manages the following leading tour operator brands: Monster Day Tours, Lion Heartlanders, and UBE—each specializing in innovative tour concepts that connect culture, history, and community in meaningful ways.

What You'll Do

• Brainstorm and pitch fun, engaging content ideas for our audience and brand
• Create content across formats — photos, videos, blog posts, and social media captions
• Support content creation for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram & YouTube
• Edit and proofread content to keep our voice consistent and professional
• Track content performance and help us learn from what works (and what doesn’t!)
• Work with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and tour promotions
• Stay updated on trends to keep our content fresh and relevant
• Help with general marketing tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed

Job Requirements

• Passionate about content creation, digital storytelling, and social media culture, especially in Instagram
• Basic knowledge of camera equipment and photo/video editing software
• Skilled in writing engaging, on-brand copy for captions, and marketing content
• Comfortable working independently and handling multiple projects at once
• Curious, proactive, and open to feedback — you’re always looking to grow
• Able to showcase a creative portfolio of written or video work (this is a must for application)
