Job Description

Marketing & Client Services Administrator

We are looking for a tech-savvy, highly motivated individual to join our dynamic Marketing & Client Services team. The role is to serve as data steward to manage our Firm’s Client Relationship Management (“CRM”) system and other databases, as well as support on the following:

  • Collate and update the Firm’s contacts and credentials database
  • Provide guidance on CRM usage and deliver accurate, insightful client data
  • Undertake regular database maintenance and ensure data is kept up to date
  • Coordinate e-mail marketing for client events and legal updates
  • Support on media monitoring and reporting
  • Process claims and invoices, and assist in the department's budgeting process
  • Coordinate gift requests and membership renewals
  • Assist in the assessment of marketing opportunities
  • Provide events and other administrative support to the MCS team

Requirements:

  • Diploma and above in marketing or a business-related discipline from a recognised tertiary institution
  • A minimum of two years of working experience in marketing coordination, budget monitoring or team administration
  • Familiarity with database systems and CRM administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Microsoft Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills with excellent attention to details
