IT Intern

Core Responsibilities
• Providing onsite support to tackle office and staff physical IT issues
• Engage with users and provide specific quick turnaround solution
• Provide IT technical guidance as necessary
• Provide IT-related documents (e.g., workflow)
• Day-to-day IT operations support. E.g. Solving user's applications problems such as Office365, printing issues, etc
• Creating and maintaining documentation of IT systems and processes
• Problems accessing to network resources Administration
• Solving user's PC and printing problems.
• Laptop / computer / IT Inventory control and update
• PC tuning
• Other relevant duties and responsibilities that may be assigned
