Job Description
Omni-channel Officer (6-month Contract)
Job Descriptions:
- Handle and process ecommerce orders for Shopify and Shopee
- Co-ordinate and upload content for digital touchpoints
- Co-ordinate and liaise with vendors for software and hardware request
- Handle 2nd level customer enquiries relating to ecommerce promotions/ services
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business/ Marketing or relevant discipline
- Experience working with various stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office particularly in Excel
- Good English command in written and spoken
- Ability to multi-task, fast-learner and a detailed-oriented person
