Your responsibilities will include:

Fund Admin & Accounts Executive

• Responsible for accounting and administration of a Hedge Fund, PE Fund and Fund Management Company
• Perform trade, positions and bank account reconciliation
• Reporting periodic AUM and P&L, draft annual financial statements
• Co-ordinate annual audits

Administration Executive

• Purchasing of stationery, pantry supplies and any other miscellaneous items, etc
• Handling interoffice and overseas courier services, postage and mailing of corporate letters and opening of letter boxes
• Assist interoffice managers & director's oversea business trip
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by managers.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in accountancy or finance or equivalent or in the course.
• Basic product knowledge on various asset cases including Stocks, Rates, FX
• Knowledge of EXCEL and MS Words.
