Job Description

Mailroom Associate (Minimum commitment till End Sep 2019)

Responsibilities:

  • Sorting distributing and collecting mail, Internal and External
  • Delivering Internal and external tracked items
  • Processing of unknown mail
  • Helping when required with folding and inserting of contracts and fulfilment work
  • Provide cover for various floors as and when required
  • Update client locations on database system
  • Opening sorting and collating of all mail addressed to client
  • Keeping all floor plans and client desk location maps up to date
  • Counting of internal and external mail delivered for inclusion in monthly management report
  • All courier desk procedures and functions
  • Processing international couriers
  • Sort and distributing of statements
  • Ensure that staff understand and comply with Health & Safety regulations in line with company’s and client’s Health and Safety Policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: 'O' Levels
  • Computer literate and experienced in MS Office Suite
  • Good Team Player with Client Focus
  • Ability to develop high quality professional documentation
  • Able to commit Mondays to Fridays, normal working hours at central area
  • Hourly rate
