- Collect operational and market data for financial analysis.
- Identify trends and variances from the data.
- Help in the reconciliation of account receivables and payables, banks, bill payment.
- Send out AR chasers and follow up.
- Payment filling merge with bank payment advice and vendor invoice for filling and tracking purpose
- Assist with audit.
- Data entry
- Assist in Month end closing Eg claims check and follow ups.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Any ad hoc/additional operational finance duties which may be assigned by the Management.
