Job Description

Are you a highly organized and customer-focused individual with a passion for building strong relationships? Our company is seeking an Account Management Intern to join our team and help us manage our client relationships. As an Account Management Intern, you will work closely with our account management team to support initiatives such as client communications, project management, and client retention. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with client communications, including email and phone correspondence.

  • Support the project management process by helping to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure client initiatives align with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with the account management team to help develop and execute client retention strategies.

  • Assist with tracking and reporting on key performance metrics related to client satisfaction.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest account management trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Creative and innovative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus.
