Job Description
Who are we looking for?
- Individual who is unafraid of showcasing their creativity and is passionate about digital marketing.
- Up to date with social media trends and experienced in managing digital media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WIX, etc
- Photo taking/editing skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite softwares, like Photoshop or Illustrator
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards learning, even if it means to make mistakes
- Detail-orientated and good time management
- Team player with great communication skills
- Singaporeans and Permanent Residents Only
The fun part of the job:
- Creating content (photo/video/copywrite) and material for all our social media accounts and website
- Strategize, conceptualise and execute campaigns that will help with community engagement (based on social media trends research and basic social media metrics reporting)
- Managing customers enquiries/reviews coming through social media and providing timely response or directing to respective departments
- Propose relevant tie-up or collaboration that could help with branding
- Liaising and communicating with respective departments on marketing/promotion related updates
