• Website Product Management: Upload and update product listings on the company website, including product names, descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing.
• Website Maintenance: Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• E-commerce Support: Assist with managing online product listings, promotional banners, and website content.
• Marketing Activities: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand awareness activities.
• Social Media Marketing: Assist in creating marketing content, preparing social media posts, and managing the company's social media platforms.
• Content Creation: Prepare product descriptions, promotional materials, marketing visuals, and other content for online and offline marketing.
• Administrative Support: Perform general marketing and sales administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Good written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with website management, e-commerce platforms, or content management systems is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, social media platforms, or digital marketing is a plus.
• Responsible, organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
