Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled engineer to join our team as an Electrical Electronics Engineer / Mechatronics Engineer / System Integrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, integration, and testing of electrical and mechatronic systems. This role involves hands-on engineering work combining mechanical, electrical, and control systems, with an emphasis on automation, instrumentation, and system-level integration. The ideal candidate has strong electronics engineering fundamentals, hands-on experience with instrumentation systems, and a working knowledge of Python to support automation, data acquisition, and system diagnostics.

  • Implement, and support electrical and electronic systems used in field instrumentation and monitoring.
  • Integrate sensors and data loggers in real-world applications such as climate monitoring stations.
  • Conduct calibration, troubleshooting, and field testing of deployed systems.
  • Assist with monitoring setups and power supply configurations, including solar-powered solutions for remote locations.
  • Data analysis and visualization of sensor output
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including software, civil engineers.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on the setup and use of instruments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science or related field. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Raspberry Pi or similar platforms.
