• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Consultant
• Assist with document preparation on Employee Motivation Project for our client (HR/OPs related)
• Assist with Brand Establishment services (HR/OPs related)
• Scheduling and minute-taking
• Market research
• Other Ad Hoc duties assigned
• Objective: to learn MOM/HR regulations and food industry related laws and regulations

• 协助完成品牌落地服务（HR/Ops相关）
• 其他Ad hoc工作包括会议记录、日程协调、市场调研等
• 实习将让你深入了解新加坡人力政策和食品业相关法律条文

Requirement:

• Current student taking degree in HR or management related courses would be preferred
• Proficient in both English and Chinese (required to handle documents in English and Chinese; required to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organisation skills, well-groomed with a strong sense of responsibility
• Detail-oriented, highly-motivated with positive cheerful attitude
• Able to work independently as well as in teams
• Ability to work with Private and Confidential matters
• Able to commit for at least 6 months
• May work from home
• Willing and able to travel to client’s place when necessary
