Job description

• Provide responses to travel inquiries from online and offline platforms.
• Track and follow up the customer inquiry and distribute the customer to travel consultant.
• Update the sales manager about the daily action summary.
• Work closely with the travel consultant team and marketing team, help to close deals.
• Ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• An outgoing personality coupled with communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with a high sense of urgency.
• Must possess a positive attitude and thrive in a team environment.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, knowledge of additional languages (Mandarin, Malay or other languages) is an advantage.
