Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support finance operations duties such as daily bank reconciliation, liquidity risk monitoring, settlements of trades, etc.
- Process payments to vendors and reimbursements to employees.
- Assist with financial accounting duties including preparation of general ledger journals and month-end schedules, prepare monthly financial reports which comply with IFRS, tax and other regulatory requirements.
- Assist in statutory audits, tax compliance and other regulatory matters.
- Assist with other administrative duties.
- Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Finance and Accounting would be highly advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and preferably has hands-on experience in accounting software.
- A good command of written and verbal English.
- Strong attention to details, ensuring accuracy and completeness at all times.
- Be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
- Good and effective interpersonal skills.
