Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The role of Executive Assistant is responsible for developing and maintaining administrative processes within our business. You will be providing crucial support to the executive team and operations.

Your key responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain effective administrative processes within the company;
  • Provide administrative support to the company executives and the operations team including drafting letters, sorting and responding to incoming mail, administrative tasks and organising travel arrangements as required;
  • Receive guests, arrange meetings and handle correspondence, emails and answering phone calls as required;
  • Preparation of documents, files and monthly reports including data entry;
  • Organise internal/external conference meetings and company events as required;
  • Organise and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
  • Maintaining leave records, preparation of expense claims and assisting with banking and postage as required;
  • May handle confidential company and employee information;
  • Maintain polite and professional communication at all times.

Requirements - Attributes we require of you

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or performing the tasks described above preferably in the banking/financial services industry;
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles;
  • Excellent computing skills, particularly in the Google and Microsoft office suites (eg. Google sheets, MS Excel, MS Word etc);
  • Well organized with the ability to work in a flexible environment with a very high level of attention to detail;
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and solve routine problems with little supervision;
  • Sense of confidentiality;
  • Tactful and good communication skills when dealing with all levels of people.
