Volvo Group Singapore (Pte) Ltd – Intern (Parts Department)

Purpose of the job:

The intern’s role is to help ease the current operational man power issue. This intern will also be able to learn warehouse operations and VO / UD truck parts.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Picking of parts from warehouse to support workshop and parts retail sales team.
• Checking of stocks (cycle count)
• Sorting / binning of incoming parts.
• Prepare and check stock for parts delivery.
• Check parts availability in system to advice workshop team.

Requirements:

• Students from Poly or University
• Good coordination skill and attention for details
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to learn (to understand warehouse process flow)
• A self-starter, highly motivated, “get-the-job-done” attitude
• Physically fit as there will be manual labour involved
• Working Location : 12 Tuas Avenue 10 Singapore 639136 (Company transport provided)
• Working Hours : Mon – Fri / 8.30 am to 5.30 pm (work 2 -3 times a week)
