Job Description
Support on marketing materials and competitor analysis
Service sales marketing and communication support
Consolidation of meeting material, summary of meeting minutes
Prepare invitation letter and hotel booking for visitors
Arrange logistics information where needed
Organize travel itinerary and expense claims
Requirement
Fully proficient in Microsoft office applications, especially Power Point
Possess initiative and good organizational skills
Confident and open minded
