Responsibilities

 •Support the Navigator project leader with the administration activities as per the instructions

.•Support and deliver reporting on a timely manner upon the completion of training sessions of the GTA markets and GTA Functions

•Liaise closely with markets to maintain an accurate database.

•Test out new training (and / or non-training) methodologies to raise the competence and professional levels of the RETAIL and GTA office function personnel. 

•Maintain the GTA course library based on the master course library.  

•Ensure proper version control of materials and translations. 

•Keep markets informed about course library enhancements/updates.

•Ensure that the training material follows the standards set up (each course has the necessary Additional Material – Pre & Post Test Questions, Course Guide & Course Description, Booklet – Trainer and Participant and Presentations)

•Ensure that the training material (including the marketing material, etc.) follow the UD Branding nomenclature. 

Main competence requirements

 •Able to adapt quickly to different environments, audiences and cultures 

•Excellent skills in English language, verbal and written

•Fully proficient in MS Office applications (specifically on Excel, Database & Power-point : Intermediate and / or Expert level).

•Experience with implementing or knowledge of Blended Learning Methodologies (using online learning platforms, e.g. Sync and A-Sync E-Facilitation methodology, Email & other Social Media sites, etc.).

•Some experience on marketing

Working Hours : 8.30 am - 5.30 pm (Mon - Fri)

Prefer undergraduates who can work 3 days a week.
