About the Role

• As an Artiste & Event Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team behind the scenes and onsite.

Main Responsibilities

• Helping to prep the necessaries for upcoming events
• Sorting out music sheets & manage rehearsals
• Being onsite at Events to assist the team & capture the Behind The Scene + Event footages for socials

Requirements:

• Only Singaporean/PR may apply
• Good people skills
• Knowledge in classical music is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Nights & weekend work is required as scheduled

Qualification

• Diploma/Degree Events Management, Arts Management, Communications and Public Relations
• Undergrads & fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
