Job Description
About the Role
- As an Artiste & Event Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team behind the scenes and onsite.
Main Responsibilities
- Helping to prep the necessaries for upcoming events
- Sorting out music sheets & manage rehearsals
- Being onsite at Events to assist the team & capture the Behind The Scene + Event footages for socials
Requirements:
- Only Singaporean/PR may apply
- Good people skills
- Knowledge in classical music is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Nights & weekend work is required as scheduled
Qualification
- Diploma/Degree Events Management, Arts Management, Communications and Public Relations
- Undergrads & fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
