Job Title: Executive - Import Export Documentation
Handle Import & Export documentations (BL / Packing List / Invoices / COO etc.)
Process and submit import L/C application to the bank, review export L/C and request amendments if any.
Coordinate with suppliers and/or their agent for documentation & shipping requirement.
Check shipment status and inform sales / customer of the status timely.
Check import shipping documents and ensure it complies with the contract.
Prepare export documents and ensure that it strictly complies with the letter of credit and/or customer’s requirement.
Monitor payment from customer against L/C or terms whichever applicable
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum relevant experience of around 2 years with an good knowledge of trade documentation mandatory.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Receptive to work with diverse team of differing culture and nationalities (internal & external)
Capable to handle stress and meet deadlines
Flexible and willing to learn
