Key Responsibilities

• Support pay benchmarking analysis and provide necessary data validations.
• Provide support to deliver efficient, quality data analytics in the pay related projects.
• Conduct research and prepare reports for sharing.
• Assist to prepare data collection template and validate the data gathered in a consistent and quality manner.

Relevant Experience

• Basic HR knowledge and compensation & benefits know-how
• Experience in data analytics and familiar with statistical analysis
