Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly audit our ads and highlight areas of poor user experience from ads to landing page to downloading app.
  • Identify opportunities to unlock our performance growth through creating data clarity and finding patterns in data. This could include analysing metrics such as customer acquisition cost, cost per install and other key performance indicators.
  • Providing A/B test ideas and keeping track of the experimental logs.
  • Research and suggest possible actionable insights based on the findings and communicate to Copywriters and Designers.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including daily or weekly data entry and reporting to help make informed decisions about our next steps.

Requirements:

  • Deep interest in e-commerce, fashion, beauty and related industries.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and advertising principles.
  • An active user of social media and understand what’s the latest trends online.
  • Familiarity with analytics and ads tool such as Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics.
  • Comfortable with reading and analysing data, proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to details and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.
  • Understanding of e-commerce best practices and user experience.
  • Preferably proficient in both English and Mandarin to liaise with counterparts in HQ.
