Role Overview
This internship offers hands-on experience in real field engineering work, supporting ViewQwest’s residential installations and services. Interns will learn how to install modems and routers and set up home networks at customer premises. This is a fully onsite role and is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on learning, working in real-world environments, and interacting with customers while building practical networking skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Travel on-site using public transport to perform residential installations.
• Install and configure routers, Wi-Fi equipment, and basic home network setups.
• Perform basic testing, documentation, and reporting of completed jobs.
• Assigned to dedicated regional zones for easy travel and focused learning (North / South / East / West).
• Collaborate with internal teams for scheduling and operational coordination.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and uphold company standards.

• Possesses good communication skills with a positive and eager-to-learn mindset.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
• No prior experience required – training will be provided.
