Job Description


  • Book keeping and accounting functions
  • Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
  • Involve in monitoring of credit control and invoice payment from client
  • Assist in financial year end audit requirements from auditors
  • Work closely with Finance Team
  • Any other finance tasks as required by the Senior Management/ Finance Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma holder with finance or accounts related background
  • Independent & fast learner
  • Knowledge in MYOB or equivalent
  • Good English language to write and speak to clients and suppliers by email and phone
  • Working hour: Monday - Friday from 9am - 3pm (5 hours/day with 1 hour lunch)
  • Work Location: Office (Sim Lim Tower)
  • Salary $1200 - $1500 per month
  • Singaporeans only
