Vertical HR Consulting Pte Ltd is a HR outsourcing and consultancy company.  They have been supporting SME on HR outsourcing HR work and MNC on HR consultancy project in Singapore.

Job Description

The HR Officer is responsible for handling HR operations (covering level 1 and 2) and administrative HR functions across the employee lifecycle.

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Post job advertisements on relevant platforms

  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates

  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

  • Prepare employment contracts and related documents

  • Conduct onboarding briefing and new hire documentation

  • Manage probation confirmation process

2. Payroll & Compensation Support

  • Prepare monthly payroll data (attendance, OT, claims, deductions)
  • Ensure timely CPF contributions and statutory payments
  • Maintain leave records and attendance reports
  • Support annual increment and bonus administration
  • Involved in processing of payroll

3. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Prepare HR letters (confirmation, promotion, warning, resignation acceptance, etc.)

  • Manage work pass applications / renewals (if applicable)

  • Handle offboarding process and exit clearance

  • Conduct exit interviews and maintain records

4. Employee Relations & HR Administration

  • Address employee enquiries on HR policies and benefits

  • Maintain and update employee personal files

  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping

  • Support disciplinary processes and documentation

  • Assist in employee engagement activities

5. HR Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure compliance with local employment regulations

  • Assist in updating HR policies and SOPs

  • Maintain HR reports and basic HR analytics

  • Support audit or MOM-related documentation (if required)

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field

  • 2–3 years of HR operational experience is a plus point

  • Experience handling payroll is a plus point

  • Familiar with local employment laws and HR practices

  • Good organisational and communication skills

  • Able to handle confidential information professionally

  • Responsible and accountable

  • Able to work independently

    Salary: $10 to $15 per hour (depends on experience and credential) Working hour : Flexible (3 hours per day and it has to be during office hour)

    It is a 4 days work week position.
    The incumbent needs to attend 1 morning onsite meeting on Tuesday every quarterly.
